ND9106HXT belongs to the ND9000 Series of intelligent valve controllers (or positioners), made by Neles (now part of Valmet / Metso family).
It is a smart, loop-powered valve positioner / controller designed to control rotary or linear valves, compatible with a broad range of actuators — i.e. both single-acting and double-acting pneumatic actuators.
It is intended for industrial process automation — petrochemical, oil & gas, marine, power-plant, etc., where precise valve control, safety, diagnostics and reliability are needed.
