Note:

• For non-redundant systems, install in Slot 7 of the FCU.
• For redundant setups, install a second SB301 in Slot 8.

Installation & Wiring

1. Slot Assignment:
   • Non-redundant: Slot 7 (Slot 8 must be covered with a dummy module).
   • Redundant: Slots 7 & 8 (both modules active).
2. ESB Cabling:
   • Use shielded twisted-pair cables (max 10m per segment).
   • Terminate bus ends with 50Ω resistors.
